18mm thick birch ply gives the trolley solidity juxtaposed against 10mm acrylic, while invisible UV bonded joints allow for exquisite transparency and a sophisticated finish. The edges of the plywood are left exposed and lacquered to create a beautiful divide between the two materials.

A SHORT HISTORY OF THE GIN TROLLEY
Drawing from our expertise in bar design, we wanted to incorporate a number of features normally found within a larger cocktail bar. For example, a walnut garnish board and polished stainless steel drip tray sit neatly recessed within the acrylic top section to aid drink preparation.
Traditional drinks trolleys can easily become cluttered. To avoid this we created individual diamond polished acrylic sections around the trolley so bottles could not only be stored more effectively but beautifully displayed at the same time. By adding a drawer section, we provided further storage for glassware and cocktail making equipment.
No element of design was overlooked with attention to detail being paramount inside and out. Continuing the laminate inside the drawer exudes luxury upon opening, while titanium hinges convey a refined finish within the cabinet.
With over 80% of gin drinkers taking their favourite tipple with tonic, we wanted to include a mini fridge within a discreet ventilated cabinet to allow a selection of mixers to be stored at source, perfectly chilled.
Above all, our ethos and passion is creating unique designs that last. The Gin Trolley is a testimony of our commitment to this core principle and will express elegance and style for now and a lifetime.
