Pearl Fizz Champagne Cocktail

A deliciously fresh and elegant drink, pearlescent in colour, our champagne cocktail is sure to impress for those special occasions.

Makes 2

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add:
30ml Belvedere Pink Grapefruit Vodka
20ml Lyme Bay Elderflower & Lemon Reserve Liqueur
20ml pink grapefruit juice
10ml lime juice
Sprig of mint
1 tsp agave nectar
1/3 tsp grenadine
Small pinch of salt

Shake well and double strain evenly into two Champagne flutes. Top with cold Champagne or a good quality Cava.
